1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to wk8ph. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the wk8ph website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by wk8ph and is available at wk8ph.club.

By accessing or using the wk8ph Platform in any manner — including registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that wk8ph may publish from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotional terms, the specific rules or promotional terms shall prevail in respect of the subject matter of that conflict only.

wk8ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The wk8ph Platform is strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by wk8ph. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

wk8ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time during the account registration process or thereafter. Acceptable documents include any valid Philippine government-issued identification that displays date of birth — including but not limited to a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines who are legally permitted to access online gaming services under applicable Philippine law. wk8ph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in, or accessible from, jurisdictions outside the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) wk8ph account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. wk8ph employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wk8ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers placed, and forfeit all balances including deposited funds and winnings where there is evidence of deliberate circumvention of this rule.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your wk8ph account and must promptly update that information if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wk8ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

wk8ph will never ask you for your full password by email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from wk8ph that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify wk8ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. wk8ph will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. wk8ph reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

wk8ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All transactions on the wk8ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions.

Deposits are credited to your wk8ph wallet upon confirmation of receipt of cleared funds. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within 30–60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant institution.

wk8ph does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. wk8ph reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for any deposit, as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

All deposits are subject to wk8ph's AML policy. wk8ph is required under Philippine law to report suspicious financial transactions to the appropriate regulatory authorities. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified account holders at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. wk8ph processes approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Platform's help documentation, which may vary by payment method and verification status.

wk8ph reserves the right to perform identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory completion of any required verification.

Bonus balances are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering conditions may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

wk8ph reserves the right to withhold or void withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

wk8ph offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and validity periods.

wk8ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus that is credited as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error may be voided by wk8ph at its sole discretion.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, wk8ph reserves the right to void the bonus, recover any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or terminate the player's account.

Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the wk8ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, account history, or bet size.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, wk8ph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to the player's account. wk8ph is not responsible for any winnings that cannot be confirmed due to a system error.

For live dealer games, the decisions of the live dealer are final subject to the applicable game rules. Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in live dealer chat windows; abusive language directed at dealers or other players may result in removal from the game and account suspension.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in each game's information panel within the wk8ph lobby.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wk8ph Platform:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players;
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Using VPN services or other tools to disguise your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including payment fraud, identity fraud, or chargebacks without legitimate cause;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any element of the Platform's software or content;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wk8ph staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances including deposited funds where legally permissible, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wk8ph Platform — including but not limited to software code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and databases — is the property of wk8ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any use of the Platform's content outside of this licence — including reproduction, redistribution, sale, or creation of derivative works — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of wk8ph.

10. Responsible Gaming

wk8ph is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among its player base. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all available from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your wk8ph account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose over a specified period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen pop-ups reminding you of the time elapsed and net result of your current session;
• Self-Exclusion: Immediately suspend your own account for a self-selected period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wk8ph and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, even if wk8ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

wk8ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. wk8ph does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Suspension and Termination

wk8ph reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Platform in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Failure to pass or refusal to complete identity or age verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity;
• Conduct that wk8ph reasonably considers to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, wk8ph reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance where legally permitted. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified balance held in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your wk8ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Verified balances not subject to wagering requirements will be returned to you subject to identity verification.

13. Amendments to These Terms

wk8ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via a notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered email address. The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the wk8ph Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and wk8ph, you agree to first contact wk8ph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. wk8ph will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly through its internal complaints handling procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of notification, either party may refer the matter to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

Nothing in this section shall prevent wk8ph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or assets.
